You saved my rug .... Thank You

Hi,

I just wanted to tell you thank you so much for bringing back to life the oriental rug that has passed through our family generations for over 75 years. I was so scared it would be ruined because of it's age but you handled it with care and compassion and now we can continue to pass it on through the family.

About a week ago we noticed a wet spot in one corner of our living room on our carpet. We had no idea what caused it, thinking it was possibly our dog but we cleaned it up, scolded the dog and went about our day.
Then it happened again and had a discoloration to the carpet but our dog wasn't in the house that day. After a search of possible culprits we discovered a old water line under the house had been spraying water for some time into the base of wood under our floor and had finally soaked through to the top side. We fixed the line but was horrified at the discolored spot in the carpet that stood out like a sore thumb.
We located American Chem-Dry through our internet search and the next day they came out, discussed the spot with us and after two applications of their solution the stain lifted out without a trace. We decided then to
have the whole room plus two others done and we cannot tell you how happy we are with the results.
