About a week ago we noticed a wet spot in one corner of our living room on our carpet. We had no idea what caused it, thinking it was possibly our dog but we cleaned it up, scolded the dog and went about our day.
Then it happened again and had a discoloration to the carpet but our dog wasn't in the house that day. After a search of possible culprits we discovered a old water line under the house had been spraying water for some time into the base of wood under our floor and had finally soaked through to the top side. We fixed the line but was horrified at the discolored spot in the carpet that stood out like a sore thumb.
We located American Chem-Dry through our internet search and the next day they came out, discussed the spot with us and after two applications of their solution the stain lifted out without a trace. We decided then to
have the whole room plus two others done and we cannot tell you how happy we are with the results.

American Chem-Dry I just want to say thank you for the carpet cleaning care you provided in my home. The carpet needs to be replaced but it simply wasn't a financial option. We turned to American Chem-Dry in hopes giving the carpet a little longer life and to our amazed satisfaction the carpets look almost brand new. It was an amazing service and a reasonable price. Just incredible !!

My carpet was relatively new and had not been through much traffic. A few months after moving in we had family from Florida visit; There arrival was preceded by long, drenching rain storm. Before I thought about that fact we all ran outside to grab luggage and bags and back inside the house. My beautiful clean carp was now a series of mud streaks and deep brown stains. I was mortified. In desperation I quickly found American Chem-Dry who to my amazement agreed to come out same day and IN THE RAIN! A few hours later they arrived as agreed and without hesitation began there work on my carpet. They were careful not to make a bad situation worse and in the end my new carpet was back, good as ever. What a great service! Thank you so much for that kind of effort.

Lost and Found

It seems like a silly title for a letter of thanks but that really expresses the truth about our carpet cleaning experience with American Chem-Dry. Our carpet was lost in years of wear and traffic. When we finally had enough in hopes of avoiding carpet replacement we turned to American Chem-Dry and our carpet sprung back to life in vivid color and health. We will turn to them in the future for our Carpet Cleaning and probably our Upholstery Cleaning needs as well.
