This was my first time to use American Chem-Dry, and it was a very nice experience. They kept their word, and showed up when they said they would. And the man they sent out! Oh, he was so very pleasant! He really put me at ease, and reassured me about the whole process. He was just so kind and helpful, that he even moved my furniture for me. I am so glad he did that, and I really appreciated it. That simple thing took so much strain off me, and not just physically. As far as the work, my rugs are somewhat old, but they came out looking very nice. American Chem-Dry did a very good job!”
